You're welcome to unpack and inspect the item, but if it has been used or installed, we may only issue a partial refund (up to 50% of the item's price) to cover the reduction in value.

- Changed your mind?

- Faulty items?
- Most of our products are covered for 60 days. If a fault develops within this period, you can return the item for a refund or replacement. In special cases, we may even arrange collection from your home.
- Refunds
- Once we receive and check your returned item, your refund will be processed within 48-72 hours.

We deliver to most UK postcodes. Unfortunately, we're unable to deliver to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, or the Republic of Ireland
